Product Manager to help drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to turn business needs into impactful products that create value for our customers and organization.
What You'll Do- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area.
- Prioritize work that delivers the greatest business and customer value.
- Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to align strategy with execution.
- Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market readiness activities.
- Use data, insights, and industry trends to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Champion Agile and SAFe practices that enable high-quality, predictable delivery.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Services, IT, Product Management, or a related area is required.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain certification within your first year).
