Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Help turn generative AI into an everyday advantage for treasury professionals. In this role, you will shape how clients interact with cash forecasting and analytics through a natural, conversational experience. You will partner closely with product, data science, engineering, design, and control functions to deliver an assistant that is trustworthy, accurate, and easy to use. If you enjoy building from ambiguity, shipping iteratively, and sweating the details of user trust, this role is for you.

As a Product Manager in Payments Data & Analytics, you will own the conversational assistant experience for Cash Flow Intelligence, enabling clients to ask questions, refine queries, and complete analytical tasks using plain language. You will translate real client workflows into clear product requirements, define how the assistant should behave, and guide launches that make complex analytics feel effortless. You will work across partners to ensure responses are accurate, explainable, and appropriately governed for an enterprise banking environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product management for the Cash Flow Intelligence assistant, from concept and design through iterative build, validation, and production delivery
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, translating client needs and capability gaps into a sequenced, prioritized backlog
  • Specify assistant behavior, including supported questions and actions, when confirmation is required, and how quality is measured
  • Partner with data science and engineering to shape retrieval, grounding, and evaluation approaches that keep responses accurate and explainable
  • Establish guardrails with legal, risk, and compliance, including access controls, appropriate disclosures, and clear boundaries between analytics support and advice
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, data science, design, and control partners, aligning on scope, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
  • Produce high-quality documentation including product requirements, behavior specifications, evaluation criteria, and decision logs
  • Drive sprint-level execution using agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and removing delivery blockers
  • Define, track, and improve success metrics such as task completion, answer accuracy, adoption and retention, latency, and user trust feedback
  • Communicate product status, trade-offs, and strategic decisions clearly to senior leaders and partner teams

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment with successful product delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured product definitions and clear requirements
  • Strong agile delivery experience, including managing backlogs, running sprint rituals, and making prioritization decisions under pressure
  • Proven ability to work across business, technology, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver and launch capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for both senior audiences and technical partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience building conversational or large-language-model-powered products, including retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, evaluation, and managing hallucination risk
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or enterprise treasury technology, with familiarity in cash positioning and analytics workflows
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning product development, including measurement and continuous quality improvement
  • Experience with data-heavy analytics products, dashboards, or query interfaces from a product or implementation perspective
  • Technical fluency (for example, Python or SQL) sufficient to validate outputs and partner credibly with engineering teams
