JOB DESCRIPTION

You enjoy shaping the future of workplace technology by delivering innovative, reliable products that improve how employees collaborate and communicate. Join our team to lead enterprise video, broadcast, event and AVoIP capabilities that support critical workplace experiences across the firm.

As a Product Manager within the Workplace Technology team, you are an integral part of the team responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise video endpoints, broadcast and event technology, AVoIP platforms and related capabilities. You will define the product strategy, roadmap and prioritized backlog while translating customer, business, engineering and operational needs into scalable solutions.

 

You will lead strategic endpoint modernization, including Cisco RoomOS devices managed through Control Hub while maintaining alignment with Zoom experiences. You will coordinate engineering, operations, security, deployment, sourcing and vendor partners to deliver secure, reliable and production-ready products supported by strong lifecycle, asset and control practices.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and communicates the product vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for workplace video endpoints, broadcast, event and AVoIP capabilities
  • Translates customer, business, engineering and operational needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritized product backlog
  • Leads cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, security, deployment, sourcing and vendor workstreams, establishing clear ownership, milestones and dependencies
  • Owns product requirements for Cisco RoomOS endpoints operating with Zoom and managed through Control Hub, including configuration, firmware and integration standards
  • Defines Day 1, Day 2 and future-state capabilities while managing feature gaps, dependencies, risks and product trade-offs
  • Drives the roadmap for MOSAIC integration, APIs, provisioning automation, telemetry, monitoring and zero-touch capabilities
  • Owns the strategy, backlog and lifecycle for broadcast, live event and AVoIP platforms supporting studios, executive rooms, event spaces and control environments
  • Establishes product governance, certification, testing and production-readiness requirements for endpoints and specialized broadcast technologies
  • Ensures operational readiness through complete support models, escalation paths, runbooks, training, service transitions and lifecycle practices
  • Maintains product accountability for asset data quality, security remediation, control validation, audit evidence and risk decisions
  • Manages product measures, executive reporting, vendor performance, investment needs and stakeholder communications across adoption, reliability, service health, cost, risk and delivery

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology product management or a relevant technology domain
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, roadmap development, requirements definition, delivery and value management
  • Experience delivering workplace collaboration, enterprise video, conferencing, broadcast, event production, AVoIP, endpoint management or adjacent platform capabilities
  • Proven ability to own product roadmaps, backlogs, acceptance criteria, success measures and executive reporting
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, security, deployment, sourcing and vendor teams
  • Working knowledge of enterprise endpoint lifecycle management, operational readiness, service transition and production support
  • Demonstrated ability to establish governance, manage risks and controls, and coordinate remediation of security or audit findings
  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, software development lifecycle practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to use product, platform and asset data to support forecasting, lifecycle planning, investment decisions and prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and delivery topics for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed trade-offs, establish accountability and drive results through influence

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Cisco RoomOS, Control Hub, Zoom Rooms or comparable enterprise video and endpoint platforms
  • Experience with broadcast, live event production, AVoIP, media transport, routing, control systems or specialized production technologies
  • Experience supporting technology reliability and operational readiness for high-visibility live events
  • Experience governing specialized technology through certification, test plans, methods of procedure, security review, monitoring and lifecycle management
  • Experience with device onboarding, firmware governance, APIs, telemetry, fleet management or provisioning automation
  • Experience with technology asset systems of record, data reconciliation, audit evidence, hardware refresh or disposal processes
  • Product Owner or Scrum certification, or equivalent practical experience delivering products in a highly matrixed, complex organization
