In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping product strategy across our AI-driven platform, directly influencing how construction teams manage risk and make better business decisions, and contributing to a team that is driving global productivity. Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product strategy across multiple product areas, identifying, prioritizing, and owning features that expand our market, grow our partnerships, and delight our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - UX, engineering, and go-to-market - to integrate customer insight and strategic thinking into everything we build, from problem definition through delivery.
  • Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions that solve critical real-world challenges, describing problems clearly, rallying the team around the best approach, and following through to outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, customer input loops, and go-to-market coordination to ensure high-quality and sustainable product outcomes.
  • Champion the customer throughout the process - diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management spaces, testing ideas qualitatively and quantitatively, and iterating relentlessly.
  • Influence product vision and organizational direction, mentoring other PMs and setting a high bar for craft, rigor, and customer empathy across the product organization.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products, with demonstrated impact at a staff or principal level.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives, from problem discovery through go-to-market launch, with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering "visionary pragmatist" results, balancing long-term strategy with practical, iterative execution that actually works.
  • Excellent communicator across all formats, verbal, written, visual, and narrative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a clear point of view.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, design, and product practices, with the ability to zoom in on a problem while keeping overarching company strategy in view.
  • Experience thinking about new products and features through the lens of a full go-to-market launch, including pricing, positioning, and rollout coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction, legal, and/or risk management spaces strongly preferred; familiarity with AI tools and product experiences is a strong plus.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
  • Experience mentoring or leveling up junior and mid-level PMs across an organization.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
