Job Description :
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Engineer to support the design, implementation, integration, and validation of vehicle electrical systems. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicle electrical and electronic components function together seamlessly by developing system schematics, conducting compatibility reviews, supporting prototype and production builds, and performing ECU integration testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, vehicle electronics, diagnostics, and root cause analysis, along with hands-on experience supporting vehicle development programs from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop vehicle-level electrical system schematics and logical diagrams.
  • Review and approve electrical device transmittals and engineering documentation.
  • Define vehicle fusing, grounding, and electrical architecture strategies.
  • Conduct system compatibility reviews to ensure proper integration of modules, wiring, and interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain System FMEA, Design Verification Plans (DVP), and validation documentation.
  • Support prototype breadboard development, including parts selection, validation, and sign-off activities.
  • Perform ECU integration testing, including software flashing, calibration updates, configuration, and diagnostics.
  • Execute system-level functional testing and analyze self-test results.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues utilizing structured root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Support prototype vehicle builds, launch activities, and pre-production validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with design, validation, software, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide on-site support during prototype and launch vehicle builds, including assembly plant support as needed.
  • Support CAN network analysis and vehicle communication diagnostics.


Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Required Skills
  • Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
  • Systems Engineering experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Root Cause Analysis and structured problem-solving skills.

  • Work may be performed in engineering offices, prototype labs, and vehicle assembly plants.
