Job Title: Supply Chain Planner III
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month On-Going Contract, W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid
Pay Range: $55.96 per hour
Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Analyze forecasted demand, inventory, develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demands. Results should meet target fill rates while minimizing total inventory cost.
- Execute weekly plans optimally to minimize future gaps and maximize inventory turns.
- Analyze and set system parameters to optimize inventory, meet service level goals, and minimize costs.
- Maintain and update ERP master data for planning parts at various plants. Initiate Engineering Change requests based on material life cycle.
- Analyze and resolve product backlogs and fill rates on a daily basis. Identify problem areas and drive appropriate functional groups to correct.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finished goods planning and factory operations teams to ensure sufficient capacities and materials to meet supply requirements.
- Attend weekly conference calls with Europe and Asia-Pacific teams to synchronize supply-demand matching regionally and globally.
- Publish weekly factory forecasts and ensure deltas and gaps are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancement and partner with business stakeholders and IT to implement continuous improvements.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory, or related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make operational decisions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven track record of delivering operational KPIs while managing projects and initiatives
Skills - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Preferred Qualifications - MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in electronic product service supply chain
- Experience with forward supply chain operations
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
