About the Role

As a Product Engineer, you will take on significant ownership over the product and help define the future of human + AI collaborative care models. You'll collaborate closely with product, clinical, and commercial teams, as well as directly interface with healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities

• Develop patient-facing features on web and mobile apps to drive engagement and retention
• Scale backend infrastructure with a focus on stability and data integrity
• Enhance the physician-facing platform, integrating AI to boost clinical efficiency
• Build robust integrations with enterprise clients (e.g., EMRs, claims data, HIE records)
• Work cross-functionally to shape product direction and engineering culture

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience across full-stack web development, backend infrastructure, or mobile
• Comfortable building in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and skilled at navigating ambiguity
• Passionate about healthcare, AI, and building impactful products
• Experience at early-stage startups or major personal projects a plus
