The Impact you will have in this role:

The Product Business Analyst serves as the central point of contact between Product, technology subject matter experts, and stakeholders to document, analyze, validate, and deliver business requirements for Client Engagement Platforms. As part of the Enterprise Digital Solutions team, this role works directly with the Product Owner and collaborates closely with Operations, UX, and Technology to ensure product strategy aligns with user needs, operational realities, and technical capabilities. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience writing JIRA user stories and applying Agile methodologies. The Product Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and refine requirements, ensure strategic alignment, identify risks and dependencies, and consistently bring the voice of the client into every phase of product development.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of coordination across users, subject matter experts, technology, and business and product teams to support related projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to identify risks, dependencies, and alignment needs to ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and escalated in a timely manner
  • Consult with business users and collaborate with them for eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Maintain a client-centric and operationally efficient mindset to the squad by representing and advocating for the voice of the client (internal and external) within the squad
  • Support operational readiness planning and execution through creation of content for client distribution, learning centers, and firm platforms
  • Effective communication skills with experience with cross-functional and global teams
  • Familiarity with Agile backlog management, intake prioritization, and cross-team dependency coordination
  • Participating meaningfully as a core member of the squad, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies
  • Assist in prioritizing, planning, executing, and tracking BRDs and JIRA stories for all relevant projects
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
  • Support the program or project manager as needed to deliver outcomes
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management systems


  • Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional, customer focused capacity


Talents Needed for Success:
  • Hand on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Scrum) is required for this role
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles in the past
  • Proficient with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Process Mapping tools is a must have for this role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in delivering outputs within deadlines
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership in the organization


The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
