Job Overview

Lead Analyst, Product Analytics ensures the organization can measure and understand the impact of new digital features across the customer experience. This role connects analyses across product domains, designs and evaluates experiments, and transforms complex data into clear recommendations and compelling stories. The Lead Analyst also leads team of analysts in their day-to-day work, champions analytics best practices, and raises awareness of team opportunities, blockers, and accomplishments to enable timely, high-quality results.

What You Will Do
  • Provide analytics thought leadership to digital and enterprise partners to improve site functionality, feature development, and omni-channel analytics.
  • Lead strategic analytics initiatives across teams and product domain.
  • Solve complex analytical problems to identify opportunities that improve the customer experience.
  • Lead analysts by directly overseeing work, supporting day-to-day analyses, and raising awareness of opportunities, blockers, and accomplishments.
  • Develop standard reporting, analytical frameworks, and key performance indicators that enable critical business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance existing reporting and analytical processes.
  • Define and execute audits of analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection across analytics systems.
  • Develop training and promote best practices that help product teams and analysts use data and tools effectively.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will Need
  • Product Analytics: Advanced ability to analyze digital feature performance, site usage, and customer experience across product domains.
  • Technical Analytics: Expert proficiency with digital analytics and strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Experimentation: Ability to design, implement, and evaluate experiments that generate actionable business insights.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations, reports, visualizations, and compelling narratives.
  • Analytics Leadership: Ability to lead analysts, lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver training, and influence digital and enterprise partners.

Who You Are
  • 8+ plus years of experience in e-commerce and/or retail analytics
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of applying analytics expertise to complex customer and business problems and influencing cross-functional partners through data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation, with experience using Tableau or other visualization platforms.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
