Short Intro and About the JobThis role supports the delivery, continuous improvement, and reliable operation of Revenue Growth Management products used by the United States and Canada business teams. The Product Analyst will help translate business needs into clear requirements, support product backlog readiness, validate solutions, monitor product performance, and partner with internal and external teams to deliver practical, value-driven improvements across trade promotion management, pricing, planning, syndicated data, reporting, and data integration capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, RGM, Sales, Finance, Business Success, Data Engineering, application support teams, and technology partners to improve the tools and data that support pricing, promotion, trade investment, forecasting, and revenue growth decisions. You will be expected to understand business processes, document requirements, support agile delivery, coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product adoption and user satisfaction across the Americas RGM portfolio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Analysis and Requirements
- Partner with RGM, Sales, Finance, Sales Planning, Business Success, and IT&Data stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.
- Support discovery discussions by assessing business value, operational impact, feasibility, data readiness, user experience, risks, and dependencies.
- Analyze data flows, application behavior, reporting outputs, and operational processes to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation that enables shared understanding between business users, Product Owners, developers, data engineers, vendors, and support teams.
Agile Delivery and Product Support
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release preparation, and ongoing product delivery activities for the NORAM RGM Squad.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare backlog items so they are well defined, testable, and ready for prioritization by the Product Owner.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to clarify requirements, confirm expected outcomes, and remove ambiguity before build or configuration work begins.
- Support hands-on testing, user validation, regression checks, release readiness, and production deployment activities.
- Assist with incident, problem, service request, and change request analysis by documenting impact, urgency, root cause, business justification, test evidence, and rollback considerations.
- Monitor product performance, data flow reliability, reporting accuracy, and recurring support trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Product Scope and Business Capabilities
- Support Revenue Growth Management capabilities across trade promotion management, promotional planning, pricing, trade investment, customer planning, financial reporting, syndicated data, and performance analytics.
- Work with products and platforms such as Kantar Xtel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, Jira, ServiceNow, syndicated data sources, data integration monitoring tools, and related RGM planning and optimization solutions.
- Support data integration and automation initiatives, including third-party data feeds, reporting enhancements, scenario planning capabilities, and process simplification opportunities.
- Help ensure that RGM users have accurate, timely, and reliable data to support pricing, promotion, trade investment, forecasting, and profitability decisions.
- Apply agile ways of working, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, continuous improvement, and transparent stakeholder communication.

- Contribute to product outcomes by improving data reliability, reducing manual work, increasing process transparency, supporting faster issue resolution, and enabling business teams to make better pricing, promotion, trade, and planning decisions.
- Support measurable product health indicators such as backlog readiness, sprint delivery, data quality, system reliability, reporting accuracy, incident trends, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs (White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO) occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
The base compensation range for this position is $93,000 - $133,000 commensurate with experience. About You- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT-related role is required, such as product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, IT product delivery, or technology-enabled business process support. Experience supporting sales planning, revenue growth management, trade promotion management, or a related CPG business function is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, document business processes, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, support testing, and communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery practices, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, release support, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, data quality investigation, integration troubleshooting, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, SQL, SAP, Snowflake, Kantar Xtel, or other trade promotion and planning platforms is preferred.
- CPG, RGM, sales planning, finance, pricing, promotion planning, syndicated data, or trade investment experience is a strong plus.
