Responsibilities About The Team: The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards. We are responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures. Responsibilities: - Provide fast quotes, and order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement's tactical sourcing strategies. - Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments. - Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement's performance metrics. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures. - Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, and take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop category intelligence, analyze supply markets, and create data-driven procurement strategies. - Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. - Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable procurement plans. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $104000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
