Responsibilities: - Provide fast quotes, and order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement's tactical sourcing strategies. - Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments. - Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement's performance metrics. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures. - Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, and take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
