About the Role:As a CBRE Procurement Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.
This job is part of the Procurement function for an Oil & Gas Client account. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
What You'll Do: - Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.

- Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
- Collect and rationalize data from many sources. Conduct thorough financial evaluation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation(s).
- Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The salary range being offered for the Procurement Analyst is between $80,000 annually and $90,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
