Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot yield and performance issues in the wafer fabrication process.
• Investigate root causes for production hold statuses and implement solutions.
• Support engineers with detailed failure analysis tasks.
• Utilize MES software for data collection and analysis for integration activities.
• Review SPC charts and respond to out-of-control events proactively.
• Coordinate the flow of qualification and development lots through manufacturing stages.
• Maintain quality and yield of PIC wafers based on detailed data analysis and process knowledge.
