Job Description: - Advocates for patient safety and protects patients and providers by promoting safe practices and policies.
- Escalates patient safety concerns to appropriate leadership with honesty and integrity.
- Acts as an in-house consultant for data and information needs to guide performance improvement.
- Defines project scope to maintain focus and uses measures to ensure interventions are sustained over time.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.

Pay Range:$60,756.80 - $113,006.40
