Job Description:- Advocates for patient safety and protects patients and providers by promoting safe practices and policies.
- Escalates patient safety concerns to appropriate leadership with honesty and integrity.
- Acts as an in-house consultant for data and information needs to guide performance improvement.
- Defines project scope to maintain focus and uses measures to ensure interventions are sustained over time.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.

• Advanced Access database skills [Required]
• Facilitation of various PI methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, PDSA, etc.) [Preferred]
• Solid analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills [Required]
• Ability to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical controls [Required]
• Has knowledge of quality & process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma [Required]
• Ability to succinctly translate high-level concepts into actionable items [Required]

Field of Study:• in a healthcare related field
Work Experience:• 3+ years experience in data analytics/process improvement or healthcare setting [Preferred]
• Experience in data collection, analysis, quality assurance, or computer programming [Preferred]
