Job Description

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for technology enablement related to onboarding and strategic business initiatives. The primary objective is to provide guidance on how existing technology and new development can support continuous improvement and transformation projects.

The Process Improvement Manager partners with business and technology leaders to improve onboarding processes and drive strategic initiatives through technology. This role owns the onboarding technology roadmap, supports cross-functional projects, and identifies opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and business outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Process & Technology Leadership
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and technology across the ATM value chain.
  • Define, maintain, and own the onboarding process and supporting technology features.
  • Serve as the liaison between Lines of Business (LOB) and Functional Leaders on onboarding process and technology issues.
  • Own the onboarding technology roadmap across all Lines of Business.
  • Partner with leadership to establish priorities and communicate development plans to business stakeholders.
  • Identify technology improvements that support organizational goals.
  • Ensure ownership, execution, and realization of technology improvement benefits.


Project & Change Management
  • Support major cross-functional initiatives involving technology changes, including:
    • Continuous improvement projects
    • New product implementations
    • Growth initiatives
  • Provide project management support for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts by helping stakeholders evaluate and prepare for the impact of technology changes.
  • Provide additional support for strategic projects as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives or managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational business processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business applications and data.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
