Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team at our Lewiston, ID facility. We are looking for a candidate who is local to the area and interested in a long-term role within a reliable and supportive environment. Your expertise will be a vital part of our operations.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, productivity, capital implementation, and continuous improvement of industrial processes involved in manufacturing tissue paper products. This role will focus on developing KPI's, power point presentations, and set up cameras to trouble-shoot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, maintain, and improve the efficiency, output, and safety of production processes
- Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance
- Analyze raw material usage and cost efficiency
- Identify and drive process improvements in coordination with QA and Safety
- Collect and interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all operations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Assist with problem-solving and process development activities
- Participate in team meetings to resolve issues and coordinate activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate equipment and supply needs to supervision
- Support daily operations and maintain workflow as needed
