Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in process engineering roles, including 5 years in facilitation, training, and methodology development within the last 10 years.
• Strong background in process management, change management, and organizational development techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience (4 years) in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability in activity and data modeling, information system development methods, and best practices identification.
• Experience in the acquisition process across various phases.

Responsibilities

• Support system engineers in process management and design.
• Conduct process reviews and evaluations to ensure best practices are followed.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement methodologies for process improvement.
• Manage change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
