Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in process and manufacturing engineering
• Proficient in metal fabrication or assembly environments
• Familiarity with welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for metal fabrication and assembly
• Support cutting, forming, welding, and finishing operations
• Troubleshoot production issues related to weld quality and dimensional variation
• Lead process development from design phase through production launch
• Create process flow diagrams and standard work instructions
• Improve assembly line efficiency and workflow
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
