Process Automation Expert - AI Servers Technical Support

You will play a key role in building intelligent automations and agentic AI workflows that scale and streamline how we deliver support to our global AI Solutions customers.

What you'll achieve:

As a Process Automation Expert, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class support to the rapidly growing base of AI Server customers across the globe. You will design, build, and deploy process automation and agentic solutions that eliminate manual work and accelerate service delivery. You will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Repair Operations, and Engineering with the goal of automating resolution processes.

Responsibilities

You will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using low-code/no-code and scripted solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes
  • Build and deploy agentic AI agents and multi-step autonomous workflows that can reason, take action, and interact with business systems
  • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal tools
  • Collaborate with process leads and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Test, monitor, and continuously improve deployed automations and agents for reliability and performance
  • Document solution architectures, workflows, and standard operating procedures for all automations
  • Stay current on emerging agentic AI frameworks, automation platforms, and best practices

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience or academic projects with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK
  • Working knowledge of APIs, REST services, and webhook integrations for connecting business systems
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitHub
  • Exposure to prompt engineering and working with commercial LLMs
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple concurrent tasks


Desirable Requirements
  • Experience using tools for business analysis and visualization such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Process analysis experience focused on cycle time reduction, constraint analysis, and capacity analysis
  • Experience using standard BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools such as Miro, ARIS, or Visio as part of Lean or operational transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodology or Value Stream Mapping concepts
  • Experience with database querying using SQL


Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $96,000.
