Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience needed.
• Private Duty nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification mandatory.
• Recent TB test (within the last year) is required.
• Yearly Physical documentation needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care.
• Administer medication and perform medical procedures as needed.
• Document nursing notes accurately and timely.
• Manage supplies and ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
• Perform clinical tasks, including changing dressings and administering injections.
• Assist with patient comfort using hot/cold compress applications.
