As a Principle in ISC Project Management on the corporate team within the S4 program at Honeywell, you will be responsible for executing and delivering value within the Plan to Produce domain as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role focuses on backlog ownership, iteration execution, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with product strategy.

You will act as the primary interface between stakeholders and the Agile team, ensuring clear requirements, continuous feedback, and prioritization of work that maximizes business value.

You will report directly to our Corporate S4 ISC Sr. Director - Solution Owner and will work out of a Honeywell site on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell's SAP S/4HANA transformation by ensuring effective execution across planning and production processes, maintaining alignment with program priorities, and enabling consistent delivery through Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Structure and Data for Manufacturing execution and Time & Attendence
  • Backlog Ownership & Refinement: Own and prioritize the Team Backlog, ensuring user stories, defects, and enablers are clearly defined, refined, and aligned to business value.
  • Stakeholder Representation & Collaboration: Act as the customer proxy, working closely with stakeholders, Product Management, and Agile teams to provide clarity, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across the ART.
  • PI Planning & Execution Support: Contribute to Program Increment planning, define PI objectives, and support roadmap alignment while participating in iteration planning and team ceremonies.
  • Iteration Execution & Acceptance: Support daily Agile activities and accept completed work, ensuring it meets Definition of Done (DoD) and expected outcomes.
  • Value Delivery: Enable continuous value delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog and supporting efficient sprint execution and release readiness.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience working in IT roles (Product Owner or similar Agile positions) supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with a focus on Time & Attendance, Plan to Produce, Manufacturing, or Planning domains.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, iteration execution, and participation in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize team backlogs, creating clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Experience partnering with IT development teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements clarity, technical alignment, and solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with Program Increment (PI) Planning and SAFe Agile frameworks, including ART coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, effectively serving as a customer proxy between business and IT.
  • Ability to validate and accept completed solutions, ensuring alignment with Definition of Done (DoD) and technical/business requirements.
