• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of ATE solutions for automotive processors from concept to production.
• Create detailed test plans and programs for chip integrated circuits.
• Design loadboards capable of supporting multi-gigahertz testing.
• Execute PVT characterization and manage first silicon bring-up processes.
• Optimize yield and reduce costs using statistical methods and experiments.
• Collaborate globally with various engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Manage the product lifecycle from release to customer support.
