We're seeking a strategic and execution oriented Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the growth and execution of our GPU and Generative AI business. In this role, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure, planning, supply chain, product development, and sales, driving complex programs from concept through delivery to enable scale, performance, and delivery of our next-generation GPU and AI platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to define priorities, remove blockers, manage risks, and deliver business-critical outcomes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Your ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams is essential.

  • Lead strategic programs and initiatives to support the scale-up of GPU-based infrastructure and Gen AI solutions across infrastructure, planning and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to align roadmaps, define program requirements, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects.
  • Manage dependencies across engineering, supply chain, cloud infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and product readiness.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, and present progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Anticipate risks and issues across multiple projects, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and communicate plans effectively to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and post-mortems to promote transparency, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of execution excellence, customer focus, and innovation across all involved teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, planning, product management, or engineering leadership roles in the tech industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
