The Principal Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Growth Planning will be responsible for establishing planning for some key strategic initiatives. A successful leader in this role will develop strong partnerships with Demand Planning, Hardware Planning, Site Design, Network Capacity Execution, Supply Chain and Connectivity Planning to ensure the Capacity projection is aligned with the business outlook.

In this highly visible and strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across OCI to develop and execute innovative solutions that drive improvements in Infrastructure operations performance. You'll leverage your strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues within our global network.

Individuals in this role will need a deep understanding of data center design principles and the specific requirements for deploying liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure.

Responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical background and business acumen.
- Experience presenting and writing document for senior leadership review.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of work experience in planning or strategy-based roles.
- 5+ years of work experience in program management, process improvement, implementation, or project execution.
- Data center infrastructure expertise: Familiarity with power distribution, cooling systems (including traditional air cooling), space utilization, and environmental considerations.
- Project management and collaboration: Experience in managing complex projects, working effectively with cross-functional teams, and challenging vendors on product features and capabilities to meet specific needs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues related to liquid cooling systems.
- Sustainability and energy efficiency focus: Prioritizing solutions that minimize environmental impact and reduce energy consumption.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating, iterating, and improving end-to-end processes.
- Excels at planning, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
- 5+ years professional experience in high technology industries or consumer electronics.
- Experience with systems modeling and other statistical analysis tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
