The Lumina AI and Data team is at the forefront of creating the next generation platform that empowers all teams at RBC to build innovative AI solutions. Our goal is to empower our customers to create transformative AI and ML solutions off data that they securely store in our compliant data platform, to create new and innovative experiences for their customers - all while helping to accelerate RBC's AI digital transformation.
Lumina is a platform that targets personas ranging from data engineers, software engineers, machine learning researchers and business analysts, so you'll need to have the technical background to truly understand the users that we're building for; at the same time, you'll need to have the product chops to help deliver and grow a product that users will love and solves real customer and business problems.
What will you do? As a Principal Product Manager on the Lumina Product team, you'll get a chance to build and lead a portfolio of innovative AI and Data platform products for RBC and partner with enterprise teams to use and continuously improve them. You will be responsible for defining and delivering products that solve high-impact business problems and driving the strategic product roadmaps for your portfolio with the support of the engineering, advisory and research teams.
You will partner with engineering teams building AL/ML platforms on AWS and Azure using modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake to define capabilities that enable scalable, enterprise grade AI solutions.

What do you need to succeed? - You are a Technical Product Manager who has shipped products, owning product strategy throughout the full product lifecycle- defined roadmaps, prioritized features and delivered products from concept through launch and adoption.
- You have a strong technical understanding of AL/ML Platforms. Experience partnering with engineering teams building machine learning or GenAI products, with familiarity with AWS or Azure and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- You have a customer first mindset and a proven ability to engage customers, identify unmet needs, translate feedback into product requirements, and prioritize capabilities that create measurable business value.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong influence skills. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams, influencing engineering and business stakeholders, and driving product vision in a fast-paced AI environment.
Nice to have- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's or MBA is a plus
