NOVA-Dine is seeking a
Principal Systems Architect to provide enterprise-level architecture expertise supporting the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program.
This position will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and guiding migration solutions that support the successful transition of agency network infrastructure and endpoint services into the DODNet environment. The Architect will collaborate closely with engineers, cybersecurity personnel, project managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop enterprise architecture solutions supporting DODNet migration efforts.
- Review and evaluate migration plans, technical designs, and implementation strategies.
- Provide architectural guidance across infrastructure, endpoint, cybersecurity, and operations workstreams.
- Analyze technical dependencies and risks throughout migration execution.
- Support engineering review activities and technical governance boards.
- Ensure solutions align with DISA standards and DODNet architecture requirements.
- Support transition planning and sustainment readiness activities.
- Provide technical leadership on modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Years of Experience: 12 years
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Clearance Requirements: active secret
- Certification Requirements: N/A
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
- Experience producing technical architecture documentation.
Preferred Qualifications- DoDAF or TOGAF experience.
- Experience supporting DISA or DOD enterprise environments.
- SIPR and NIPR experience.
- Cloud architecture certification.
- Experience supporting migration and modernization initiatives.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
