Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senor Project Manager providing overall, day-to-day management of the task order and its staff, ensuring requirements are met on schedule and within budget. Leads project management across a portfolio of up to 100 concurrent projects per year of varying size and complexity, applying PMBOK and/or Lean Agile methods, and secures federal stakeholder approvals through project closeout.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight for the contract and all staff operating under it, working closely with Government leads to meet requirements on schedule and within budget.
  • Prepare a Project Management Plan for each assigned project describing technical approach, resources, management controls, and timelines.
  • Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance with quality and contract standards.
  • Create, update, and analyze integrated master schedules, tracking labor, risk, dependencies, trigger dates, and critical-path items.
  • Obtain signed federal stakeholder approvals to confirm deliverables are achieved and projects are formally closed; be available within five business days of project assignment.
  • Ensure timely, accurate submission of security-clearance request forms and NBIS processing actions in support of onboarding.
  • Other duties assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience, at least 4 of which in a supervisory role.
  • Education Level: BS/BA in a related field (or equivalent).
  • Clearance Requirements: Public Trust / High-Risk IT (minimum adjudicated NACI); U.S. citizenship required.
  • Certification Requirements: PMP or FAC/PPM (or equivalent) required or strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PMBOK and/or Lean Agile, integrated master scheduling, risk and configuration management, and federal stakeholder engagement; strong written and verbal communication.


Salary Range: $100,000 to $205,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
