What You Will Do: - Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous RedHat Enterprise/Microsoft Windows and environment.
- Image and configure new IT assets for deployment to end users.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including processing returned assets into the database and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving end-user issues related to hardware and software.
- Manage virtualized environments.
- Utilize your experience with Windows Server internals to include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
- Utilize your experience with hardware RAID, hardware and software encryption and server management tools.
- Utilize your experience in data backup and restore, using industry best practice.
- Manage and update IT service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate prioritization within established SLAs.
- Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.
- Support other IT operations and tasks as required to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
- Obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.
- Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
- Travel required as business needs dictate to other US Domestic locations, up to 10% per year.
- Work full time, 100% Onsite position.
Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Windows and/or Linux experience.
- Experience in one of the following: Active Directory, VMware, networking administration experience.
Qualifications We Prefer: - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification).
- Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF, data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions.
- Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods.
- Experience with Microsoft WSUS, MECM, and/or Exchange.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
