Job Description
• Conversant in the full spectrum of technology and business systems
• Responsible for win rates, value monetization, and NPS
• People management and mentoring
• Responsible for working with business to understand the key drivers of transformation, and for helping us build and overall roadmap to deliver value to our clients
• Identify and tackle for customer and industry problems
• Generate business impact for our clients through articulation of technology strategy during deals, and creation of market-facing collaterals, that reflect cutting edge thinking in products and services.
• Ability and ownership to build tailor made, technology driven BPM solutions
• To be able to design a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should understand how process, technology, analytics and AI can be shown to address client needs
• Partner with best of breed technology vendors in to launch new service offerings
• Understand the role of User Experience in the overall transformation success story
• Get along with analysts and establish Genpact as a global leader in Insurance services
• To bring industry knowledge, best-in-class capabilities, innovation and ground breaking technology to our to help them raise their performance to new heights.
• Develop industry leading tech solutions - become newsworthy among Global providers
• Represent the tech solutions in public forums; conceptualize and develop thought leading content
• Supply to defining and executing on the domestic and global strategy
• Focus on market development, outstanding execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution
• Work with the Internal teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines.
• Lead solution architecture design and implementation efforts; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions; Define architectural standards, principles, guidelines, and best practices; Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for solution development; Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements; Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams; Ensure architecture designs meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
165,300 to 235,000 USD
