The demand for reliable, secure, and scalable data center operations has never been higher - from hyperscale facilities to edge computing sites - and Miami is fast becoming a key strategic location for operators serving both North and South America.
You'll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.

What We're Looking For- Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal level or above
- Experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment (preferred)
- A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
- The ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming technology infrastructure and data center market
- Desirable experience of building out a market / niche
