Position Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a results-oriented ERP Staffing Consultant to support the continued growth of our ERP Practice. This hybrid role combines business development, account management, and full-cycle recruiting to deliver high-quality ERP consultants for staff augmentation engagements.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a technology staffing or consulting environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships while recruiting top ERP talent. This individual will proactively identify staffing opportunities within existing client accounts, develop new business relationships, and deliver consultants who help clients successfully execute ERP initiatives.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with clients, expanding existing accounts, sourcing top talent, and closing consulting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing ERP clients to identify staff augmentation opportunities.
  • Proactively expand existing client accounts by uncovering new project needs and consulting opportunities.
  • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Partner with ERP Practice Leaders to identify opportunities to introduce additional Impact Advisors services.
  • Present qualified consultants for project-based staffing engagements.
  • Negotiate consulting engagements and partner with leadership on rates and contract terms.


Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Recruit ERP consultants supporting Workday, Oracle, UKG, and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain a network of highly qualified hourly consultants.
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for contract opportunities.
  • Develop talent pipelines aligned with anticipated client demand.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout active engagements.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technology staffing, ERP recruiting, or consulting services.
  • Proven success supporting staff augmentation and contract staffing engagements.
  • Experience managing client relationships within a staffing or consulting organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience recruiting ERP professionals, preferably within Workday, Oracle, UKG, SAP, or related enterprise applications.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to balance recruiting priorities with client relationship management.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare ERP consulting engagements.
  • Existing network of ERP consultants and hiring managers.
  • Prior experience working in a staffing, consulting, or professional services organization.
  • Familiarity with contract staffing, statement of work (SOW), and staff augmentation delivery models.
