Role summary:

The AI, Product & Design Principal, Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor supporting high-impact hiring across leadership and specialized roles, including Group Directors, Senior Directors, Directors, Principal Product Managers, and Principal Designers. This role partners closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and business leadership to provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional recruiting experience.

The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner provides regular executive reporting and hiring insights, leverages recruiting metrics and market intelligence to identify trends and risks, and partners with People Partners and business leaders to develop solutions that accelerate hiring.
What you'll do:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design and execution of proactive sourcing plans, leveraging advanced techniques to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Provide guidance on candidate assessment frameworks, interview panel setup, and evaluation processes to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies, overseeing prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze recruitment data and market intelligence to inform decision-making and optimize talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and high performance across cross-functional partnerships.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
