The Principal, Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in aligning talent strategies with business objectives by providing expert guidance to stakeholders on complex recruitment challenges. This position leads the development and execution of proactive sourcing and assessment frameworks, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced technologies to identify and attract top talent. The role requires strong collaboration across functions to deliver innovative hiring solutions, manage large-scale projects, and continuously improve recruitment processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership in influencing business decisions and driving strategic workforce planning within a dynamic organizational environment.
About the team:
The Walmart Global Tech Talent Acquisition team leads strategic technology hiring across multiple U.S. business units, supporting engineering, data, product, and infrastructure growth. As trusted talent advisors, the team partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Utilizing market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and build long-term capabilities. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, fostering sustainable hiring models that support Walmart's innovation and growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
