Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration/Science and 20 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with over 20 years of relevant experience, both requiring PMP certification.
• Familiarity with the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) is preferred.
• Proven success in managing large-scale technical and management areas of programs/contracts.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
• Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Eligibility for a US Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program/project planning and execution including budgeting and customer needs.
• Oversee program management activities, including assignment of work and scheduling.
• Guide projects through all management phases: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
• Ensure projects are controlled with clearly defined goals and responsibilities assigned.
• Interface with government personnel and contractor management to align project goals.
• Define project direction and advocate for technical best practices.
• Effectively communicate and contribute to working groups to foster collaboration.
