Full Job Description
Job Description

As a PM - Critical Delivery Readiness, you will own the time-bound mobilization motion for qualifying strategic deliveries during the critical final delivery window. You will create one governed operational view, drive blocker convergence, establish the right cadence, escalate risks quickly, and support documented handover.

This role requires fluency in late-stage GPU and cloud infrastructure delivery, including the readiness steps required before capacity can be validated, accepted, and handed over. You will work across GPU shapes, host readiness, network and fabric readiness, provisioning, configuration, validation, integration testing, acceptance workflows, and operational handoff to ensure late-stage blockers are visible, owned, and moving toward closure.

This role is ideal for a PM who thrives under pressure, can synthesize fast-changing technical and operational information, and can bring structure to high-stakes delivery moments without taking over functional execution ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own critical-window delivery mobilization for qualifying first-time, new-site, compressed-schedule, or high-risk strategic deliveries.

  • Establish the mobilization plan, including delivery objective, approved threshold, target handover date, readiness state, blockers, owners, recovery dates, escalation thresholds, and exit criteria.

  • Maintain one source-backed operational view of delivery status, including delivered quantity, remaining scope, readiness by domain, blockers, decisions, escalations, and handover confidence.

  • Track late-stage GPU delivery readiness across host readiness, network readiness, fabric readiness, provisioning, configuration, validation, testing, acceptance integration, and operational handoff.

  • Partner with engineering, networking, validation, provisioning, and operations teams to understand technical blockers, readiness gaps, test status, acceptance criteria, and handover risks.

  • Drive blocker convergence by ensuring each material issue has a clear owner, impact, next action, recovery date, escalation path, and closure condition.

  • Run risk-appropriate delivery cadences such as readiness reviews, focused war rooms, leadership updates, ticket-owner check-ins, validation reviews, and handover-readiness reviews.

  • Reconcile conflicting readiness signals across source systems, dashboards, test results, tickets, communication channels, and functional teams before presenting leadership updates.

  • Escalate when validation results, acceptance criteria, testing progress, network readiness, host readiness, or handover evidence puts the delivery timeline at risk.

  • Provide concise leadership updates covering current state, material changes, top blockers, owners, recovery dates, decisions needed, validation status, acceptance readiness, and confidence level.

  • Complete final delivery status, residual-action transfer, open-risk transfer, handover-readiness checklist, and after-action review.

  • Ensure the mobilization motion ends with a clean transition back to the standing customer delivery PM and appropriate operational owners.
    Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Cloud Infrastructure Delivery, Infrastructure Delivery, Capacity Delivery, Engineering Operations, Customer Engineering, or related disciplines.
    • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs as an individual contributor.
    • Experience driving execution across engineering, infrastructure, operations, capacity, networking, data center, product, and customer-facing teams.
    • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure delivery, including capacity fulfillment, service readiness, technical dependencies, data center dependencies, networking readiness, and operational execution.
    • Experience supporting strategic customer programs, mission-critical delivery commitments, or large-scale cloud infrastructure programs.
    • Proven ability to translate high-level customer, business, or capacity objectives into actionable technical delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
    • Strong program management fundamentals, including milestone planning, dependency management, risk management, status reporting, escalation management, and decision tracking.
    • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity across multiple teams.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and decision framing.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to support prioritization, risk assessment, and delivery decisions.
    • Experience improving operational mechanisms, delivery governance, metrics, dashboards, or execution frameworks.
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with data center delivery, network engineering, network deployment, infrastructure engineering, or large-scale cloud infrastructure execution is highly preferred.
    • Experience supporting AI infrastructure programs, GPU capacity delivery, strategic customer workloads, or mission-critical cloud services.
    • Familiarity with demand planning, capacity planning, infrastructure fulfillment, delivery readiness, service readiness, and customer growth planning.
    • Experience translating technical or operational details into clear delivery plans, risk summaries, executive updates, and decision points.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, program reporting, dependency tracking, and operational review mechanisms.
