We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead Enterprise-focused generative AI across imaging, video, and audio! This roleis responsible forsettingthe strategy, planning implementation, and coordinating the ongoing delivery of multimodal model capabilities that enable on-brand content production at scale.
Working alongside world-class researchers dedicated to advancing the field, you will convert modern multimodal research into practical, high-quality solutions. This includes customization strategies such as brand adaptation and fine-tuning approaches. You will ensure model capabilities match customer workflow needs, quality standards, governance requirements, and business goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,600 - $258,700
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
