What you'll Do- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Frame.io's AI-native transition.
- Define key priorities, make strategic bets, and align cross-functional teams.
- Translate user feedback, data, and market trends into actionable roadmaps.
- Prototype and validate concepts, iterating based on real user feedback.
- Drive detailed execution by setting clear requirements and measuring impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, build, and leadership to align on goals.
- Monitor and adapt to competitive dynamics and emerging technology trends.
What you need to succeed- 5-10 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
- Experience shipping AI products that have had meaningful customer impact in startup or a big company.
- A bias toward action and independence. You proactively identify large, ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution without waiting for direction.
- Proven experience in AI product development with significant customer impact.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring to bear data to inform strategy.
- Outstanding communication skills to adapt your message to different audiences.
- Ability to navigate and influence within large, matrixed organizations.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in Media & Entertainment or AI/ML-powered products in creative contexts.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
