Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

GC AI is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the enterprise product experience. You will build the features that large, regulated organizations need to adopt and expand GC AI across their legal teams: audit logs, SSO, role-based access, custom reporting, and sales enablement tools. You will work directly with Engineering, Sales, and R&D Attorneys to ship enterprise-grade capabilities that unlock GC AI's largest revenue opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the enterprise product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through launch, including funnels, GTM strategy, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to translate enterprise buyer requirements into product priorities.
  • Design and ship B2B/B2E SaaS features, including audit logs, SSO, custom metrics, and compliance tooling.
  • Collaborate with R&D Attorneys who provide deep legal domain expertise and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Define purchase flows, packaging, and integration points that drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
  • Run the product lifecycle with full accountability: write specs, create mockups, track delivery, and measure outcomes.
  • Participate in customer calls and onsite visits to understand workflows at Fortune 500 legal departments.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE
  • A product builder, not a product documenter. You have 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B or B2E SaaS company, with a track record of shipping features that large enterprises actually adopted.
  • Technically deep. You can walk an engineering team through an architecture decision, review a pull request, and create high-fidelity mockups. You understand systems design, not just user stories.
  • Enterprise-fluent. You have built or shipped features like SSO, audit logs, RBAC, or compliance tooling. You understand how procurement, security reviews, and enterprise sales cycles shape product decisions.
  • Startup-wired. You have worked at a high-growth startup (ideally Series A through C) where you had to do whatever it took to ship: coding, designing, selling, supporting. You default to action and iterate toward excellence rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Outcome-obsessed. You own the result, not just the process. You fix problems without being asked, follow through on every detail, and communicate proactively when circumstances change.
  • Curious and improving. You commit to making each launch more refined than the last and cultivate constant curiosity to learn more and perfect your craft over time.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience at companies with similar high-growth B2B platforms.
  • Background in legal technology, compliance, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products and how to build trust with skeptical enterprise buyers.
  • Experience working alongside domain experts (lawyers, security professionals, compliance officers) to translate specialized knowledge into product decisions.

A Note On Pace

We're building something new in a once-in-a-generation shift in technology and the legal industry, so we move at a relentless pace. We expect urgency, ownership, and good judgment even when things aren't perfectly clear. If you need structure and consensus to do your best work, this isn't the right place for you. If you thrive in ambiguity and growth, work with intensity, and want real responsibility, keep reading. We're excited to meet you.

How We Work Together

GC AI is a distributed company with team members across North America, and soon Europe. We believe that because our business is AI, human connection matters more, not less. We invest in bringing people together through our hub model: regular coworking sessions, customer dinners, team and company offsites. If you're in a location without an office, expect up to 10% travel (and more for customer-facing roles).

Team members in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, UT (within 50 miles of the office) work together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As we grow, we plan to establish permanent offices in more hub cities, and we will look to our team members to help build that in-person culture. We currently hire across the United States and Canada.
