Adobe requires a Product Manager to assist the Content Supply Chain Product Management team in inventing strategic goals and objectives. The role involves imagining, building, and delivering a connected experience of Adobe’s technology solutions that empower Enterprises and Agencies to scale content using Adobe GenStudio.
You will be responsible for forming product strategies and initiatives that help customers construct an agentic content supply chain through Adobe’s solutions. Your duties include managing planning and roadmap efforts across product teams, balancing dynamic priorities, aligning core teams and partners, and communicating progress both within the company and externally to customers. This is a highly collaborative role involving partnerships with several Adobe teams, customers, and external implementation partners.
Successful candidates will be deeply committed to solving complex enterprise challenges. They will have a proven background in product management. They also need experience working with marketing teams, agencies, or creative teams and with agentic workflows.
Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investment
Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, other product teams and sales to align on product vision, strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging and business priorities
Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs and mitigate business viability, value, feasibility, and usability risks, ultimately to ensure customers can realize value as quickly as possible
Cultivate a user-centric and agentic approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process
What You Will Need To Succeed
Hands-on experience and background in the contnet supply chain business process across planning, workflow, creation and production, asset management, experience delivery and reporting
Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
