Your Team, Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to work in a global operation team on product and test engineering, failure analysis, supply chain management, reliability and quality.

We are looking for a talented Product Engineer to drive the NPI to high volume production lifecycle, yield improvement, and manufacturing intelligence for Marvell’s next generation highly integrated optical transceivers and co-packaged optics.

What You Can Expect

  • Early involvement in NPI with focus on manufacturing process development.

  • Define and champion DfM requirements across cross-functional teams to ensure product scalability and reliability.

  • Own the transition of advanced optical designs into high-volume production; drive manufacturing readiness, characterization, and PFMEA.

  • Own overall yield roadmaps, cost analysis, and continuously yield improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • MS or PhD (5-10 years relevant experience) in Photonics, Physics, or related Engineering fields.

  • Deep knowledge and hands on experience of Silicon Photonics, co-packaged optics, and high-speed components (lasers, detectors, modulators).

  • Strong experience and analytical skills on troubleshooting and JSL (JMP Scripting), Python, or SQL for automated yield monitoring and database querying.

  • Proven track record in module/device testing/characterization and volume production transfer.

  • Strong technical ownership, flexibility, and the ability to influence global cross-functional partners

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

136,880 - 205,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
