The Opportunity Lead client engagement for the Adobe Unified Platform (AUP), the platform that powers all of Adobe's products. As
Principal PM, Client Success, you own the partnership approach between AUP and the product teams building on it. You'll translate what those teams need into the platform investments that serve them, and drive adoption that compounds value for Adobe and its customers.

What You'll Do You
own how AUP engages its most important client teams serving Creators and Creative Professionals, like Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You sit in the middle where you bring in a deep comprehension of evolving client needs and broad proficiency in what the platform can do for them.
- Develop a tailored engagement model for each client and be their trusted navigator into AUP.
- Understand each client's goals, customer problems, and competitive pressures, then contextualize AUP's capabilities that could support their goals
- Drive cross-functional alignment (leaders, PMs, architects, engineering, design and program management) to move work forward.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure alignment on business goals and roadmap priorities.
- Influence platform investment decisions by turning trade-offs and data into recommendations grounded in customer value and business impact.
You May Be a Strong Fit When You Have - A strategic, consultative approach: 10+ years in product management, strategy consulting, business development, or similar roles built on understanding customer and business problems and crafting tailored solutions.
- A track record of influencing senior leaders and collaborators, through excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to operate in unstructured situations and drive initiatives without waiting for detailed direction.
- Genuine empathy and curiosity for creative workflows and where the space is moving with AI and agentic technologies.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,600 - $258,700
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
