What Success Looks Like (Objectives)- Audit and validate high-volume carrier transport invoices to eliminate contractual discrepancies, reduce billing errors, and authorize timely payments
- Consolidate and streamline historically fragmented network expenditure workflows, reducing processing cycle times and establishing centralized controls
- Partner with Legal and Executive teams to deliver predictive financial modeling, variance analyses, and data-driven insights for strategic planning
- Develop and maintain collaborative financial dashboards to monitor transport network ROI and ensure strict alignment with departmental budgets
- Leverage AI-driven data analysis tools to automate routine invoice anomaly detection and enhance the speed of forecasting processes
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)- Mastery of advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Query, nested formulas, and data modeling techniques for high-volume data manipulation
- Deep expertise in variance analysis, trend forecasting, and cost-benefit modeling within the telecommunications or logistics sectors
- Exceptional analytical abilities to synthesize massive, complex datasets into clear, actionable financial intelligence for senior leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as an effective bridge between technical network operations, legal counsel, and corporate finance
- AI literacy and application skills, specifically the ability to utilize generative AI and automated analytics tools to optimize financial workflows and data interpretation
- Critical experience managing end-to-end transport financial audits and navigating enterprise-level accounts payable workflows
Additional Qualifications- Familiarity with enterprise-level ERP software and Accounts Payable (AP) systems
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 10+ years of experience with:
- Advanced Excel data manipulation (such as PivotTables, Power Query, and complex nested formulas)
- High-volume invoice auditing and contract compliance verification
- Financial variance analysis and trend forecasting

Salary RangesCompensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
