Job Summary Introhive is hiring a Principal Client Solutions Architect to act as the senior technical and solution authority for our most strategic client and prospect engagements. This senior client-facing role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and measurable value. You'll move enterprise conversations from feature demos to deep technical and strategic workshops that prove how Introhive can integrate within a client's ecosystem and deliver measurable impact. Our enterprise clients need to understand how Introhive fits into their CRM, data, privacy, and security environments, and how it will drive ROI and growth. You will help them find those answers and create the technical confidence needed to move forward. This is not a traditional Solutions Consultant role. It's an advanced architecture position for someone who defines, designs, and communicates value-driven solutions that build executive trust. Location Remote - Open to candidates in Canada and the U.S., with preference for those located in Eastern or Central time zones. What You'll Bring You are a senior technical strategist who brings equal parts business acumen and architectural discipline. You're able to interpret big business goals, simplify complexity without losing precision, and turn capability into confidence. You balance technical rigour with commercial acumen, bringing clarity, trust, and actionable solutions to every engagement. You are as comfortable in a C-suite strategy conversation as you are in a detailed data flow or API discussion, and you're able to guide executives toward clear, measurable outcomes, challenge assumptions constructively, and elevate the quality of every technical conversation around you. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Technical Discovery and Workshops
  • Conduct deep technical and business discovery with enterprise clients
  • Map systems, integrations, and dependencies to clarify the environment
  • Facilitate clear, high-impact conversations that reduce risk and accelerate consensus
Architect Scalable, Client-Centred Solutions
  • Translate complex business goals into actionable solution designs
  • Define early-value use cases, integrations, and reporting workflows
  • Ensure proposed architectures are commercially viable and technically sound
Translate Discovery into Execution Clarity
  • Produce precise, builder-ready technical specifications
  • Partner with Professional Services to maintain alignment throughout delivery
  • Turn ambiguity into structured technical and business clarity
Establish Technical Credibility
  • Lead discussions on enterprise data privacy, InfoSec, and systems integration
  • Explain how Introhive interacts with platforms such as enterprise CRMs and downstream AI/Data Lake architectures

Connect Capabilities to Business Outcomes and Value
  • Convert complex product capabilities into clear value-based narratives

Support Strategic Sales, Renewal and Expansion

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • 10+ years' experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Extensive expertise in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
  • Executive presence. Highly adept at leading strategic and technical sessions with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced solution design skills grounded in real-world feasibility and measurable impact
  • Ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical requirements
  • Deep familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
  • Consultative acumen. Able to challenge assumptions constructively, and quickly and sustainably inspire confidence
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams
  • Ability to simplify complexity for business leaders while increasing clarity for technical teams
  • A passion for team leadership and mentorship, raising the technical and consultative standard
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related CRM ecosystems
  • Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies
  • Experience in professional services, legal, or financial sectors
  • Understanding of AI-driven or data-automation platforms
