The OpportunityAdobe's Monetization Strategy & Growth team drives hundreds of millions in incremental ARR across the C&P portfolio. We're hiring a Principal BizOps & Programs Lead to serve as the Chief of Staff to the Senior Director of Monetization Growth. You'll be equal parts operator, strategist, and cross-functional connector - running the org, driving alignment across products and surfaces, and extending the organization's impact into GTM, Product, Eng, and PMM teams.
What You'll DoOrg Operations & Planning
- Own the operating cadence: staff meetings, All Hands, QBRs, OKR cycles, and cross-functional planning rhythms
- Drive headcount planning, opex/T&E budgeting, and resource allocation with Finance and HR
- Lead people & culture initiatives across a globally distributed team
- Ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are communicated, and follow-through happens
Cross-Product Roadmap & Program Leadership
- Drive cross-team, cross-product, cross-surface roadmap alignment spanning all audiences (Creator, CPro, BizPro), and commerce experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional programs from scoping through execution across multiple squads and stakeholders
- Build and maintain frameworks for tracking initiative health, dependencies, and risks
GTM Extension & Executive Leverage
- Act as a trusted extension of the head of Monetization Growth to core members of GTM leadership - representing priorities and ensuring alignment with Consumer GTM, Regional Sales, and Marketing
- Synthesize complex information into crisp, exec-ready narratives for leadership consumption
- Represent the Monetization Growth POV in cross-org forums as needed
Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Liaison
- Drive select high-priority special projects from scoping through execution and readout
- Serve as a key liaison on emerging enterprise-wide initiatives that require high degree of discretion - partnering with cross-functional teams to assess implications, communicate key considerations, and ensure the org is well-positioned
- Identify and champion opportunities to embed agentic AI workflows into team operations - modeling AI-forward ways of working and driving adoption that accelerates how the org plans, synthesizes, and executes across functions
What You Bring- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles within a technology or digital commerce environment
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams, with the ability to engage substantively on roadmap, experimentation, and delivery topics
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational operations, including budgets, headcount planning, and planning cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive-level settings
- Self-directed and proactive - comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity without waiting for direction

- Background working across international markets and/or regional GTM teams
- Proven track record of bridging technical teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) and commerce functions - translating roadmap and experimentation priorities into ecommerce strategy and digital commerce execution
- Experience working effectively with Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to support high-priority initiatives requiring discretion, judgment, and organizational coordination.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,300 -- $248,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
