You will partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams, engineers, and platform stakeholders to design solutions that improve delivery predictability, reduce unnecessary customization, and support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, configuration-driven solution designs
  • Drive architecture decisions that align with platform capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization
  • Lead integration architecture strategy across enterprise insurance ecosystems and third-party platforms
  • Design API-first integration patterns that improve scalability, interoperability, and long-term maintainability
  • Validate solution feasibility and identify delivery risks before development begins
  • Reduce ambiguity across architecture, delivery, and business teams to improve execution quality
  • Drive architecture governance standards and ensure alignment across implementation teams
  • Manage cross-platform dependencies and align architecture decisions with delivery timelines and business priorities
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements
  • Partner with engineering and cloud teams to support scalable deployment strategies across Azure and AWS environments
  • Lead stakeholder alignment sessions across business, product, engineering, and delivery leadership teams
  • Promote reusable architecture components and scalable implementation patterns across programs

What You Bring
  • 10 plus years of experience in enterprise solution architecture within Property & Casualty insurance environments
  • Strong expertise across P&C insurance domains including Policy, Billing, and Claims platforms
  • Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar policy administration ecosystems
  • Strong enterprise integration architecture and API design experience
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-based solutions across AWS and/or Azure environments
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, security architecture, and scalable distributed systems
  • Experience leading architecture strategy for enterprise insurance transformation or modernization programs
  • Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, scalability, and delivery timelines
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
