What You Will DoAscension Saint Thomas Medical Group is seeking to add a Full Time Nurse Practitioner provider with our New Rural Health Primary Care Team in Smithville, TN.
- Ability to help create a new clinic in Smithville, TN
- Practice setting: Rural Health Clinic in an Outpatient setting
- Access to local patients and hospital in Smithville if needed
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- M-F Full Time schedule
- Prefer 3+ years of experience in a Rural Health Care setting.
- Establishing your own patient panel

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
