Position Title: Pricing Analyst

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI-EP) is seeking a Pricing / Deal Desk Analyst to join the Strategic Pricing Organization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to make an immediate impact on the organization's success. Operating in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with sales teams and stakeholders to expedite deal approvals. You will play a critical role in improving deal velocity, protecting margin, and advancing pricing excellence across the business.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and approve non-standard pricing requests, balancing customer value, deal profitability, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure compliant, competitive, and profitable deals.
  • Analyze pricing trends and deal performance to inform pricing strategies and identify margin improvement opportunities
  • Drive automation and standardization of pricing processes, tools, and reporting
  • Contribute to the evolution of a best-in-class Deal Desk function and pricing governance model

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or 5 years of pricing experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, sales operations, or deal desk environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate financial and commercial trade-offs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.
  • Experience in deal desk, pricing analysis, or commercial operations within a fast-paced or matrixed organization.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), SAP, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, discount governance, or margin optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support decision-making

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
