Full Job Description
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and scale plan for the data center portfolio, including market development and expansion strategies.
P&L Management: Oversee the division's budget, financial forecasting, profitability, and cost structures to ensure financial stability and return on investment (ROI).
Development & Construction: Direct end-to-end development, including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, design, and commissioning of new facilities.
Operational Excellence: Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all physical and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) infrastructure.
Sustainability & Innovation: Champion forward-looking approaches to sustainability, energy efficiency (e.g., PUE optimization), and adopting cutting-edge technologies to support modern workloads, such as artificial intelligence.
