The Role: Presales Lead (US)
We are seeking a seasoned expert to anchor our technical presales capability in the United States. This individual will serve as the primary technical partner in shaping and winning complex enterprise transformation deals while contributing to early-phase solution architecture and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presales & Win Strategy: Own the technical presales process for strategic pursuits, leading discovery workshops with C-suite stakeholders and shaping end-to-end digital architectures.
- Architecture & Consulting: Carry a 50% billable target, leading technical design, environment strategy, and integration frameworks for newly won projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Build the Function: Establish repeatable presales frameworks, templates, and estimation models, serving as a mentor for future architecture hires as the US region expands.
Technical Domains of Leadership:
- Salesforce: Lead across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Data Cloud (identity resolution), and the Agentforce AI framework .
- Adobe Experience Cloud: Expert-level knowledge of AEM, Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Workfront Fusion .
- Modern Data & Activation: Orchestrate environments involving Databricks (Delta Lakehouse), Snowflake, and Braze for cross-channel engagement.
- Integration: Design API-led and event-driven architectures involving hyperscaler patterns (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
Ideal Background:
- Seasoned Consultant: Extensive experience in architecture or technical presales within a high-growth consultancy, specialized SI, or enterprise digital transformation environment.
- Enterprise Deal Success: A proven track record of leading and winning high-value, multi-workstream deals involving interconnected customer experience stacks.
- Strategic Credibility: The ability to engage CIO/CTO/CMO stakeholders with exceptional storytelling and value-based consulting skills.
- AI Innovation: Experience designing solutions using modern AI frameworks and data governance patterns .
Anticipated Salary Range:
The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $80,000 - $100,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
